COPE provides primary care and general medical services in an integrated healthcare setting. COPE’s medical treatment team provides the necessary skills and support to effectively manage chronic illnesses as well as conditions that may occur as a result of side-effects from psychiatric medication. The medical clinic staff work in collaboration with patients and other COPE programs to achieve maximum health outcomes.

United Community Health Center at Three Points Clinic (link)
United Community Health Center (UCHC) is committed to ensuring that everyone who needs primary healthcare, regardless of their age, insurance status and/or ability to pay have a welcoming place to come for support. This has been their mission for almost three decades and will continue to be so into the future. UCHC serves a vast rural area in Southern Arizona that previously had very few medical support services available to a population that is mostly uninsured or underinsured.
West Side Health Clinic/MHC (link)
The West Side Health Clinic, operated by MHC, is located in the Santa Rita Building of the PCC West Campus (next to the Cafeteria). This clinic is available to the entire community - PCC students, faculty and staff, as well as the general public. Most major health plans are accepted and new patients are welcome. If you are without health insurance, the Westside Health Clinic also has a sliding fee.

Yuma County has a unique opportunity to address significant medical access problems that face Caucasian/White, Hispanic/Latino, immigrant, and border community residents. Many border residents are isolated from medical and behavioral health services and do not have medical insurance, which are all significant barriers in obtaining medical care. Qualified patients receive integrated health services from licensed professionals. The YFC treats low-income adults and children that are without any form of health insurance. The YFC services include primary care, chronic disease management (diabetes, cardiovascular disease, etc…), acute care, prayer ministry, patient education, and referral services for specialty care. The YFC fosters a team-centered approach to addressing the needs of the uninsured and underserved.
